Halloween 2007

Here is Byron and Baylee on Halloween at our Church's Harvest Festival. They had a great time riding the horse and riding on the hay ride. Baylee mostly wondered around aimlessly with me following. She did find the booth selling popcorn and that was a big hit.

Shelby's Wedding

My nephew, Shelby got married last weekend. He is so special to me and I am so proud of him. I just wish him all of the happiness in the world and I pray that he and his wife will be blessed.

Nothin' Like Good Old Friends

It was so wonderful to spend some time with one of my dearest and best old friends. Shannon and I go way back to Junior High. I am so glad to be back in touch with her. Since I lost my Step-Dad, I have been getting in touch with old friends who mean so much to me.
Shannon is the best, and I love to hear her laugh. It makes me think about sitting in a class room and getting in trouble for laughing and visiting with her. She is definitely a true friend. Shannon, if you read this, please stay in touch often!

2 Cuties

This is just a sweet picture of Baylee and then one of her and her cousin Samantha (Sam). Sam babysat all summer and the 2 of them really hit it off. Thank you to Sam for all she does for our family! We love you!

Back To School

Byron had a back to school swim party. He loved it! He loves swimming and with his birthday in March he could never have a swim party. This was a great get together for the kids. I am also including a photo of his Dad in the middle of performing a canon-ball! The kids were chanting for him to do it. He is a big kid himself, so they love and adore him.

Hot Days in the Cool Pool

Here are some photos of us enjoying our pool this summer!

14 WONDERFUL YEARS

Michawn says, "Do something with your time!" Wow! Doesn't she know how crazy busy life has been lately, geez. Seriously, I will make more time to blog and keep my long-distance friends up-to-date.
Ronnie and I just celebrated our 14th anniversary! We have been together a total o f 16 years. Let me tell you, it is such a blessing from God to have such a great marriage. He is my best friend, soul mate, love of my life!
Here are some pictures of our beautiful children from recent days.
To Michawn and Stephanie: I love you both and miss you very much. God has a way of surrounding me with the best people! You guys are definitely blessings to me as well.
I know I am not very good at writing but I am trying!

The Greatest Kids in the World

Here are some photos from this past week. These are exciting times! Baylee is now crawling and pulling up. She is also trying her best to talk and sing! This is one of my favorite outfits that she has worn(the one she has on in the swing), her Aunt Stephanie picked it out before she was even born. Byron is playing basketball every Saturday now through the 10th of March. He is looking forward to Spring Break and Summer of course! The boy loves going to the lake. He is ready to ski and wake board again. I just want you to know that Baylee could not have a better big brother, he is the best EVER! He loves and adores her and really looks out for her. Ronnie and I were playing around with Byron one day and asking him if he was on mine or his Dad's side, his answer, "I'm on Baylee's side!"

I know this is out of order, but I wanted to include it since it was Baylee's first Christmas. This was Christmas night. We actually almost let the day pass without taking one of all of us in front of our tree. Can you believe it?

Time Flies When You Are Having Fun!

Well, Baylee is 7 months old and Byron will be 8 years old in March!!! Unbelievable! They are so precious and truly miracles. Baylee can sit up on her own now and is very near crawling. She has her bottom 2 teeth and one on the top just broke through today, you really can't see it too much yet. Byron is at his first basketball practice of the season tonight. Ronnie is helping coach. I think this is great because he is so good with the kids! Byron's first game is tomorrow morning. I hope you enjoy the pictures I post, I know I am not much of a writer but I vow to try harder this year. My two friends who also blog are great writers! I enjoy reading them and it is inspiring me to write better. Not tonight though, too tired from being up all hours of the night.
